As a front desk manager with CRO experience and a talent for teamwork, I bring a diverse skill set to any workplace. Aside from my managerial experience and customer service abilities, I am also a computer and Microsoft Office suite expert.

I likely got expertise in a variety of subjects, including physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics, as a graduate in science from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Multan.

High School Degree

I have probably acquired knowledge and abilities in many computer-related fields, as a Computer Science graduate from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Multan. Problem-solving, critical thought, project management, and teamwork are a few of the abilities I may have acquired.

2018 - 2022

Bachelor's Degree

Being a recent Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) graduate from Islamabad,This degree programme aims to give me a wide range of information and critical thinking abilities that I may use in a number of different fields and occupations. I may have acquired abilities in problem-solving, communication, writing, research, and analysis.

Experience

CRO AT KFC

I worked as a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at KFC Multan for one year and gained valuable skills and experience in customer service, conflict resolution, communication, and teamwork.

Front Desk Manager

I worked as a Front Manager at the Odyssey Residency Hotel in Multan for six months. This position most likely entailed managing front-desk operations, supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and dealing with customer complaints. I also have worked in the hospitality industry and gained experience in budgeting, sales, and marketing.

Microsoft Office Expert

I am extremely likely to be skilled in a range of programmes like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access since I am familiar with Microsoft Office and other programmes that are similar to it. Throughout a wide range of industries and job responsibilities, these programmes are frequently used for data and information production, editing, analysis, and display.
Jobs in administration, customer service, project management, marketing, and finance can all benefit from having a solid grasp of Microsoft Office. Using these programmes, among other computer-related chores, I might be able to generate spreadsheets, presentations, reports, databases, and documents.
